Something I found….
Here is something I found on my Mom’s laptop. I had written this two and a half years ago. Unemployed and rejected in love. Here I am now, two and a half years hence running a profitable business.
Each word that I am writing, is difficult for just after its birth, it has to confront a huge multitude of pain. Pain which is real. Pain which cannot be wished away. And yet this pain is not escapable. To not look into its eyes is to escape its majestic glory. For just behind this pain lies the reality. The reality called life. We go through our whole lives trying to escape this pain. Sadly, though, thereby we miss the bigger reality called life. For pain is intertwined with life. To understand it is to understand life. To confront it is to confront life. To feel it is to feel life. Alas, we often take this pain at face value, forgetting its innate potentiality. Its potential to teach, to heal, to reveal. Reveal not just the mysteries of the past but the secrets of the future. But just after meeting this pain, we meet choice. A choice is a simple word with complex meanings. It signifies a moment in your life when you alone are the maker of your destiny. The entire universe, in all its glory stops and waits. For all its power, the entire universe kneels before you in submission at this moment of choice. And you are left holding that magical wand that can pull anything out of the hat called life. What you want to pull is your choice.
Tragedy and devastation come as twins. They strike you when you are asleep, for they know not any courtesy nor politeness. And yet they know that as powerful as they may be, their hands are tied to a single moment which is beyond their control. And that, my friend, is your possession. That is the moment of choice. Someone loses their near and dear, someone is deceived by the ones they thought closest, another is left gathering the pieces after devastation and tragedy have run their full course. And yet after the fall, there emerges, even for a second if it is, a victor. An individual, an entity, a persona or maybe even a façade. And yet this creation is above destruction. It stands on the battlefield after a slaughter and remains steadfast. To its purpose, to its will, to its destiny. This warrior of light is choice. It doesn’t waver. It asks you if you want to waver. And if you reply in the negative, the armies of tragedy and devastation can only watch. Watch as you perform the unbelievable, the unheard, the unimaginable. Watch as you sidestep them in all their pomp and supposed fury. Watch as you stop creation, civilization and maybe even God in their tracks. Watch as you subordinate every known infinity. For when you are at that point, you are at the center of the universe. You, my friend, are at the moment of choice.
Fear not the past nor the future. Fear not birth and death. Fear not involution nor evolution. Fear not time and space. At that moment, fear not any coming nor going, fear not any near and dear, fear not no God nor Satan, fear not no this nor that. For you, my friend, have a chosen path. A path given by the creator himself. And yet within your realm and power. For he who walks down this path, has two eyes and a universe watching out for him. Fear not for he is taking care of you. He always has, he always will. Fear not he has left your side, for what is inside is yours to keep. He dwells within, bow to him.
High and low, strong and mighty are labels of this world. Don’t regard them as they will make you of this world. You know you are beyond every label, every epithet, every definition, every classification that this world tried to put on you. But you can know this world. It is temporary, superficial and always changing. How you deal with the three is your choice. Know that the world and you are two different beings. Don’t confuse them. You will invite trouble.
Love stands before pain and after it. Love stands below pain and above it. Love envelops pain and protects it. Love nurtures pain and protects it. Love worships pain and yet rejects it. For if you know love, you know pain and vice versa. And yet when the horizons seem bleakest, love shatters the darkness and reveals the world. And yet at the same time, it reveals pain. You choose to look at the pain and reject everything else. Why not choose everything? The pain, the hope, the light, the darkness, the truth, the lies, the tragedy, the creation? Wouldn’t you be richer accepting all the treasures, instead of just one? Love, the truth. Simple yet difficult. THAT is the choice.
Laugh and you will create. Happiness, joy, warmth, mirth, love. The world is a big laughter. It is not a joke. It is laughter. For when you tickle someone’s ribs, it is his heart that you are touching. When you smile from ear to ear, the nose has no choice to be uplifted too. For when you will die, a hundred years from now, the ones that cried will only be at your funeral. The ones who laughed will be at your side.
Hate is good. But keep it that. It is the sprinter in the marathon. It will be first for the first hundred meters, it will be last thereafter. For the sprinter runs to win, the marathoner runs because that’s all he knows. However, in the end, it doesn’t matter if you sprint or jog. What matters is that you keep running. Because that is all you know.
Feel, for there is nothing otherwise. Touch, or else how can you reach. Taste, or else how can you know. Hear, or else how can you be there. See, with open eyes.
Know that tomorrow is a new day. Know that things will change. Know that you cant stop. Know that he is there and watching out for you. Know that that is all you need to know.

Looking back, I think, every word was true.
